Hello! I'm Kelly the owner of Root to Rise Bodywork LLC.  After working in the spa world i realized that I'm drawn to getting to know why we are hurting or uncomfortable in our own bodies. By working with your nervous system using breath work and aromatherapy, inviting you to feel grounded in your own body and at ease, so you can rise to your fullest potential in your world. 

 I specialize in therapeutic massage, the perfect blend of relaxation while also targeting trouble some areas with specific work. Utilizing knowledge of trigger points, range of motion and other various techniques, each service is accompanied with warm towels, and aromatherapy.
